Manufacturing

Connecting the shop floor, supply chain and ERP so decisions run on live data.

The challenges

What holds manufacturing
teams back

  • No real-time view of the shop floor

Machine status, output and downtime are logged manually or not at all, so OEE and bottlenecks are hard to measure.

  • ERP, MES and quality systems in silos

Planning, production and quality data don't flow between systems, so planners work from exports and spreadsheets.

  • Unplanned downtime

Maintenance is reactive or calendar-based, so failures stop lines and spare parts are over- or under-stocked.

  • Slow traceability

Tracing a defect back to a batch, supplier or machine means searching paper records and spreadsheets.

How we help

Technology for
manufacturing

We build custom software, integrations and analytics that give manufacturers real-time visibility across production, supply chain and customers, and apply AI to forecasting, quality and maintenance.

Where we focus in manufacturing

Solutions

What we build for manufacturing

  • Production monitoring

Machine data collected from PLCs and sensors over OPC UA or MQTT into real-time dashboards for OEE, downtime and throughput.

    Custom Software Development
  • ERP and MES integration

Connecting ERP, MES, WMS and quality systems so orders, inventory and production data stay in sync.

    Digital Transformation
  • Predictive maintenance

Models on vibration, temperature and runtime data that flag equipment likely to fail, so maintenance can be scheduled.

    Data Analytics & AI
  • Quality and traceability

Digital inspection checklists, non-conformance tracking and lot and serial traceability from raw material to shipment.

    Custom Software Development
  • Demand and production planning

Forecasting and scheduling tools that use order history and capacity to plan production.

    Data Analytics & AI
  • B2B ordering portals

Portals where distributors and customers place orders, check stock and pricing, track shipments and download documents.

Getting started

How we start

Book a free consultation
  1. Free technical consultation

A detailed plan covering the right tech stack, architecture, timeline and budget for your project.

  2. Meet the tech team

Over a few calls, our engineers walk through how the right technologies will bring your vision to life.

  3. Onboarding

Once you sign off, the team integrates with yours, just like in-house colleagues.

Questions

Common questions
about manufacturing projects

Can you collect data from older machines?

Often, yes. Machines without network connectivity can be connected with retrofit sensors or gateways that read PLC signals, while newer equipment usually supports OPC UA or MQTT directly. We assess your equipment in the technical consultation.

Does this replace our ERP?

No. The aim is to connect to your ERP through its APIs or integration tools rather than replace it, so planning and finance keep their system of record.

How is a project priced?

Well-defined scopes are delivered as fixed-price engagements; when requirements are still evolving, we provide a dedicated team instead. Either way, the free technical consultation ends with a plan covering tech stack, architecture, timeline and budget, so you know the cost before work starts.

Planning something in manufacturing?

Tell us where you are and where you want to be. We'll come back with a clear plan, the right team and an honest estimate.
