Common challenges

Challenges we solve

  • Too many ideas, no priorities

Teams propose AI use cases faster than anyone can judge which are worth funding, so effort spreads thin.

  • No business case

Pilots start without agreed success measures, so nobody can say afterwards whether they worked.

  • Unknown readiness

Nobody knows whether the data, systems, skills and controls a use case needs are in place.

  • Low adoption

AI tools are rolled out, but daily work doesn't change and usage falls after launch.

What comes next

What consulting hands to the build

Every output has a home in the other two service lines, so decisions turn into work without a second discovery.

  1. A prioritized roadmap

AI Proof of Concept & MVP

Each funded use case starts with a proof of concept, tested against the success criteria in its business case.

  2. Data gaps

    Data Foundations for AI

Missing, poor-quality or inaccessible data is fixed before the build depends on it.

  3. System gaps

    AI Integration & Legacy Modernization

The systems a use case must read from or write to are connected through APIs.

  4. Governance recommendations

    AI Governance & Risk Management

Risk tiers and controls are in place for each system before it is released.

  5. An adoption plan

    MLOps & AI Operations

Usage and business results are tracked in production, alongside model performance.

Questions

Questions about
AI Consulting

Which consulting service should we start with?

If priorities aren't agreed, start with AI Strategy & Roadmap. If a use case is chosen but you don't know whether you can support it, start with the AI Readiness Assessment. If AI tools are already rolled out and usage is low, start with AI Adoption & Change Management.

Does AI Consulting include building anything?

No. Consulting ends with decisions, plans and the evidence behind them. Building happens in AI Product Engineering, and connecting AI to your data, systems and controls in Enterprise AI Integration.

Can you work with the AI vendors and platforms we already have?

Yes. The strategy and readiness work covers the platforms and contracts you already have, and recommends a change only where a use case needs it.

Who from our side should take part?

An executive sponsor, the leaders of the business units involved, process owners, and your IT, data, security and legal leads. For adoption work, the managers of the teams whose work will change.

How is a project priced?

Well-defined scopes are delivered as fixed-price engagements; when requirements are still evolving, we provide a dedicated team instead. Either way, the free technical consultation ends with a plan covering tech stack, architecture, timeline and budget, so you know the cost before work starts.
